Aim	The Conference aims the need for a science-based assessment of the consequences of globalization and trade wars for the countries of Western Europe, Asia, Latin America, other regions of the World and global economy as a whole.
Languages	English, Russian
Participants	Scientists, businessmen, representatives of state authorities and non-governmental organizations. Students' publications are allowed only if scientific supervisor is the co-author of the paper.
Submission deadline	Extended to April 22, 2015
Terms	No fee is charged for publications of authors from outside Russia and representatives of partners of the Conference. The fee for other publications is 600 rubles. Papers are blind peer-reviewed by two reviewers. Publications without conference attendance are accepted.
Results	All papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with the ISBN. Selected articles will be published in the scientific magazines “Izvestiya of USUE” and “Upravlenets”.
